its a general membership meeting where the entire board can make the meeting to conduct business and the president would like to reschedule the meeting for another day. does the president or can the president have the authority to reschedule a general membership meeting? is there anything in Roberts Rules that allows for that?

can a normal meeting be cancel due to no executive board members available to attend meeting?
