Hello: Our constitution and bylaws provide for the election of a treasurer, but the position is not described in any manner. Traditionally, the treasurer has handled the bank account and made disbursements with approval of the Executive Board. Does RROO have default responsibilities for such a position with this title, or is every position "powerless" unless otherwise provided for in the bylaws and constitution?
