Guest Greg Vandermeulen Posted March 15, 2013 at 03:31 PM Report Share Posted March 15, 2013 at 03:31 PM During a regular meeting a question and answer session is on the agenda. What types of questions can the public ask at that point? Do they have to relate to something on the meeting's agenda or can they be about other specific issues dealt with at a previous meeting? sMargaret Posted March 15, 2013 at 04:06 PM Report Share Posted March 15, 2013 at 04:06 PM RONR does not have any provision for this, so whatever rules you have would be rules that your association has made (or possibly law about public meetings in your area). George Mervosh Posted March 15, 2013 at 04:12 PM Report Share Posted March 15, 2013 at 04:12 PM See "Public Session" RONR (11th ed.), p. 96. Any other rules your group may have adopted that apply would take precedence, of course.
