Perhaps the chair gave no reason but at least said that somebody's point was "well taken" or the like. That would go in the minutes, including what the point was.If the chair just ignored the "point of order" made by some member.... time for a less dictatorial chair. If there was no ruling, nothing goes in the minutes. And it is too late to do anything about that now, well after the fact, p. 250, line 16 ff.
