Guest Kurt Opalka Posted December 1, 2013 at 06:13 PM Report Share Posted December 1, 2013 at 06:13 PM Hello, I belong to a Fire Company and we have our annual nominations in November and Elections of officers in December. We have a member who did not meet his requirements to hold office prior to nominations but was able to recieve them before elections. Is this member able to be nominated and run for office? Any insight and documentation would be appreciated.
