No rule in RONR would prohibit it. What is the concern? Is she a member of the executive board? I imagine the concern is that the Executive Board has authority over the Finance Manager. My understanding of the situation is the same as that of Josh and Kim: I believe the Finance Manager's spouse has asked to be appointed to the board. I agree that no rule in RONR prohibits it.
