In our by laws, the word annually is used for such events as meetings, donations, membership, etc. Can we assume each time annual is used, it means our fiscal year? That's beyond the scope of this humble forum. It's quite possible, for example, that your bylaws may refer to the fiscal year in some places and to the calendar year in other places.
