Well, Dr Huynh, kindly forgive my niggling, but I was half-kidding, over-literally, looking at a nugatory fine point in my post #4.

 

But I win, since your post, #3, said that their organization can decide what is most widely done; which they could not legitimately do without conducting those polls all over the place that you didn't mention until I brought it up.  And they probably don't care what's most widely done, as long, as you say, as they can ascertain what's best for themselves.
