bringing back a vote

can someone bring a vote that was taken at the previous meeting (2/1) back for discussion and revote, particularly when the original vote was taken with no basis or facts.  The facts/data can to the executive committee after the business meeting, thus the vote taken on 2/1 has no merit or basis.

I'd need to know whether the original motion was adopted or rejected.

The fact that a vote was taken "with no basis or facts" is entirely irrelevant.
