We are anticipating a contentious meeting. This is the first of a few posts to this forum asking for advice on matters where our bylaws are silent. Thank you in advance for your advice. Overruling the Chair. Is a floor motion the proper action to overrule the Chair? Is a simple majority required to adopt a motion to overrule the Chair?
