Guest Rob Bergeron Posted October 27, 2015 at 08:37 PM Report Share Posted October 27, 2015 at 08:37 PM If a voting member is present for not quite one-half of the meeting (and, therefore, not present for just over half the meeting), is that person considered to have attended or not? Is there a threshold of time in RROO that determines present or not? Or partially present? How would this be reflected in the meeting minutes? Thank you so much! Hieu H. Huynh Posted October 27, 2015 at 08:57 PM Report Share Posted October 27, 2015 at 08:57 PM RONR does not require including attendance of members in the minutes. Any such requirements would have to be found in your rules.
