Our board of directors call their meetings "work sessions," because they believe by doing so they don't have to take minutes at their meetings.  I'm citing RONR P.487 (13) in saying that they are incorrect and must take minutes no matter what they call their meetings.  Am I correct?

Answer:  Four.  Calling the tail a leg doesn't make it one.
