Such a motion would not be in order.  The rule cannot be waived, even by a unanimous vote.

What if the bylaws require a ballot vote in elections but that provision is ignored if there is only one candidate for each position and they are declared elected by acclamation without objection?   If nobody objects or raises a point of order at the time of the election, is the election valid?   Or is this considered what Robert's Rules considers a continuing breach and the election can be challenged at any time while those officers are in office?

It seems to me to be a procedural breach that would require a timely point of order at the time of the breach.   Pages 250 and 251 of the 11th edition of Robert's Rules say that points of order regarding the conduct of a vote must be raised immediately.
