Susan L. Gray Posted March 10, 2017 at 02:32 PM Report Share Posted March 10, 2017 at 02:32 PM We are crafting language to outline who has authority to make decisions in the event of an emergency when the Board cannot be convened due to a disaster. Is there a good way to state that if group 1 cannot be convened, then group 2 will be convened; ff group 1 or 2 cannot be convened, then group 3 will be convened; and so forth? George Mervosh Posted March 10, 2017 at 02:40 PM Report Share Posted March 10, 2017 at 02:40 PM Unfortunately we can't help craft bylaw language, but perhaps if you message J.J. here he can forward you a copy of an article he did on the subject. I think it's called Surviving Doomsday, or some such catchy title.
Susan L. Gray Posted March 10, 2017 at 02:56 PM Author Report Share Posted March 10, 2017 at 02:56 PM Thank you. I was actually looking for the legal or Latin term that indicates this is the order in which something happens.
