Last regional meeting we had one of our institutions used omnibus to pass a series of motions (which were not related in any way). So my question is, is omnibus allowed to be used under Roberts Rules? If so where is it located? We have a meeting coming up, so I want to make sure they are not trying to sneak in a special rule without an approval of the voting membership.
