Adding something after the meeting is over

The board meeting is concluded. Minutes are being circulated for any omissions and a member says that something in discussion only during the meeting was decided after the meeting. Can that be included in the minutes or does it have to wait until the next meeting's?

Generally, the minutes are a record of what was done at a meeting.

Agreeing with Mr Huynh, I don't understand exactly what happened. Can you elaborate?

Action taken outside of a properly called meeting must be ratified at a later meeting to become the act of the board. It will go into the minutes of the meeting at which it is ratified.
