Guest katework Posted March 27, 2017 at 03:56 PM Report Share Posted March 27, 2017 at 03:56 PM The board meeting is concluded. Minutes are being circulated for any omissions and a member says that something in discussion only during the meeting was decided after the meeting. Can that be included in the minutes or does it have to wait until the next meeting's?

Guest Who's Coming to Dinner Posted March 27, 2017 at 10:16 PM Report Share Posted March 27, 2017 at 10:16 PM Action taken outside of a properly called meeting must be ratified at a later meeting to become the act of the board. It will go into the minutes of the meeting at which it is ratified.
