Recording Minutes

First and last names have been  stated where those in attendance are noted in the beginning of the minutes.  Is it necessary to identify each person with a first and last name each time a persons name is subsequently used in the body of the minutes? For example, can it just be noted Mary motioned........, or does it need to say Mary Smith motioned......?

Mr. Johnson, Mrs. Smith, Mr. Gordon, and others are members referred to in the sample minutes in RONR, and in each case is obviously sufficient so long as there is not more than one member with that name.

Nothing in RONR requires that the names of all members in attendance at a meeting be listed in the minutes.
