Rev Ed Posted June 16, 2017 at 08:02 PM Report Share Posted June 16, 2017 at 08:02 PM Yes to any books that belong to the organization. So if the Secretary has the official binder with the official copies of the Minutes and/or any other documents, then yes he/she has to turn them back in. As for their own personal notes, or their own copies of documents, then no.
Kim Goldsworthy Posted June 19, 2017 at 12:56 AM Report Share Posted June 19, 2017 at 12:56 AM "Render to Caesar the things which are Caesar's . . ." *** The minutes book belongs to the organization. That which has been adopted, belongs to the organization. And minutes are things which have been adopted. *** I don't know about "notes", whatever they are. -- What are your "notes"?
