Committee Reports in the Absence of a Quorum

Our assembly meeting was adjourned due to the absence of a quorum. Written committee reports were emailed to the Secretary prior to the meeting and our next regular assembly meeting is six months from now.  What happens to the Written Committee Reports (none have recommendations to be voted on): 1) Can they still be distributed via email to the assembly members , 2)Do they have to be resubmitted for the next regular meeting, 3) Is there some other disposition of these committee reports

Thanks

Written committee reports that have not as yet been presented to the assembly during a regular or properly called meeting at which a quorum is present have no official status, and so there are no rules in RONR pertaining to their disposition by the Secretary or distribution to members prior to their having been formally presented.

I suppose that common sense would dictate that the secretary retain them in some fashion, and not simply discard them, but that they shouldn't be distributed to members unless your organization has some rule or custom calling for advance distribution to members of such draft reports.
