Guest kikiv Posted June 5, 2010 at 07:11 PM Report Share Posted June 5, 2010 at 07:11 PM i was the secretary at the time of a meeting and have since resigned. the minutes of the last meeting i attended were rewritten and no longer accurately reflect what happened at the meeting. in fact they were rewritten to the extent that there untruths in the minutes. what, if anything, can be done? The Chair should seek unanimous consent for the corrections. However, if there is an objection (which there very well might be given the minutes were rewritten) the assembly would vote.
