W00dy4 Posted June 9, 2010 at 07:36 PM Report Share Posted June 9, 2010 at 07:36 PM Our By Laws were revised about 4 years ago, or so we think. The copy we received has not been signed or notorized. We have been led to believe that the By Laws do not have to be signed before they are distributed. Is this true or, if not, does that mean the original By Laws are still in effect and the "revised copy" is null and void? No one can produce the signed copy. As Mr. Elsman noted, the bylaws are recorded in the minutes of the meeting(s) at which they were adopted. In other words, the map is not the territory.
