Member Denied Access to Meeting

Hypothetical Situation:

If an organization's annual meeting is held at the home of a member and that member denies access (under threat of calling the police) to another member *and* 2/3 of the membership agree to deny access (meaning they do not wish to adjourn the meeting to another location), what is the proper course of action? Thank you.

Find another organization to join.

If two-thirds of the members are willing to violate a fundamental right of membership, your only recourse, short of taking them to court, is to quit. Or persuade two-thirds of the members who didn't show up to show up next time and take back their organization.

A point of order can be raised at the meeting, by someone in attendance. The next step would be litigation.
