Guest g gilliam Posted August 20, 2010 at 06:55 AM Report Share Posted August 20, 2010 at 06:55 AM How do you refer to a board member who has recently died. Is there a title? Emeritus does not seem appropriate.

Guest Posted July 8, 2016 at 12:31 AM Report Share Posted July 8, 2016 at 12:31 AM when using Robert's Rules of Order, how do we proceed when the President of a non-profit organization dies while serving in office? Our organization uses Robert's Rules of Order and I cannot find anything in the notes we have that helps us when this situation occurs. Thank you for the help
