Can you point me to a reference regarding this? The current Board has some overlap with the people on the 2015/16 Board, but some are wary of such a long delay in reviewing/approving the old draft minutes. If current board members were not on the board in 2015/16, do they have to abstain? Thank you!

I recently was hired by a nonprofit 501c6 as their first Executive Director (they previously had no full-time staffing) and discovered that the organization did not approve 6 sets of minutes from 2015/2016. Can the current Board approve the minutes?
