I belong to a church that uses Robert's Rules to run our meetings. Recently we had a discussion on the board and then one of the board members "leaked" one of the documents that had been brought to the floor to several members of the church who are not pin the board.
I'm wondering whether RR has a fiduciary duty clause, or whether outside of an "in camera meeting" anything discussed on the board could be shared with a member of the church who is not a board member.
Any help you could give on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
