Our dog breed club sent timely notice for the annual meeting which is being held during our national show. . We are now 7 days from the meeting day. Is there a procedure to change the time for the meeting to 2 hours earlier?
Bylaws provide:
Section 1. Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting of the Club shall be held during the three (3) month period of August, September and October, in conjunction with the Club’s Specialty Show if possible, in a place, date and hour designated by the Board of Directors. Written notice of the Annual Meeting shall be mailed by the Corresponding Secretary to each member at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of the meeting. The quorum for the Annual Meeting shall be 10% of the members in good standing.
