Once a motion has been adopted by a body on a subject that was debated, can a new motion on the same subject be voted on by the body at a subsequent meeting even through the requests of the prior motion have not been instituted or fulfilled? The Constitution of the Body does state that they are governed by Roberts Rules of Order.
