Is raising a point of privilege a valid point of order to stop a secret ballot from taking place? We have a group of members in our organization that works against those of us who want to take the organization from cooperating with the other organization that works against our group?

I don't really understand your question. If the bylaws call for a secret ballot or if a secret ballot is ordered by a majority vote of the assembly, then a secret ballot must be used.
