Mike Mirata Posted September 27, 2017 at 06:49 PM Report Share Posted September 27, 2017 at 06:49 PM 2 years ago, a Board motion was made to provide NO Annual Fees for a certain member. Now in 2017, a new bylaw was passed that states fees due in 2017 and forward for this class of member. The Bylaws are silent on if the new bylaw has terminated the old motion/ruling. Is the original motion still valid as a Grandfather preference ??
