The policy involves a contract that they want out of.Unless some rule grants members this right, this person has no ability address the board (pp. 93, 624). Rob Elsman Posted May 19, 2010 at 07:36 PM Report Share Posted May 19, 2010 at 07:36 PM Unless the board has invited the visitor to speak, the president must rule the visitor's attempt to ask a question out of order.
