Over the years I have designed many logos and flyers, both print and digital all while being Vice President AND while being just a member. Are these designs my intellectual property? All I have used them for is within a portfolio of designs and want to know whether or not the previous board can harass/request for me to remove these digital items from my portfolio or not.
