We had a special voters meeting to vote on a building expansion specifically. A member made a motion to re-introduce an adult bible study on Sundays. Because I wasn't sure of the rules we let the vote happen and it carried. I now realize that because that topic wasn't on the agenda as President I should have referred to RONR and said that it would have to wait until the next official meeting. Would I be correct and how should I handle it now according to RONR?
