  1. Generally the minutes are a record of what was done at the meeting.
  2. What power does the general manager have?
  3. I would think they would be treated like special meetings. You can't have them unless your bylaws provide for them.
  4. Follow your rules. Perhaps amend your constitution.
  5. Table was probably not used correctly (see FAQ #12), however a postponed motion can be postponed again.
  6. Voting by email is prohibited unless your bylaws provide for it.
  7. You can continue the meeting despite not having minutes.
