Thank you. I was actually looking for the legal or Latin term that indicates this is the order in which something happens.

We are crafting language to outline who has authority to make decisions in the event of an emergency when the Board cannot be convened due to a disaster. Is there a good way to state that if group 1 cannot be convened, then group 2 will be convened; ff group 1 or 2 cannot be convened, then group 3 will be convened; and so forth?
