At our first annual meeting (we meet quarterly) in December 2018, a motion was made to expand the Board from 3 to 5 members (allowed by the By-Laws). The motion failed to get a second and died. That Board member now wants another vote on the same motion at the next annual meeting in November. Same Board members are serving. No new information is available. Should we allow this on our agenda for the next meeting?
