  1. Thx for your response, George. Based on your feedback, although our current bylaws require the board to vote first, it may very well be that the board voting on a bylaw prior to the general membership is not really necessary.
  2. Our golf association board approved by majority vote several revisions to our bylaws. Two board members voted against the revisions. As per our bylaws, proposed revisions must now be voted on by the general membership. Two questions, 1/do the board members vote again? 2/if the answer to 1 is yes, are the dissenting board members required to vote with the majority board approved revisions or can they vote “no”? Thank you
