Agenda has sent out according to procedural by law. Can a proposed resolution be removed prior to the meeting and the agenda being adopted? More info has come to light since the agenda was created and the motion requires more investigation before being debated.

Thank you. I have ordered a copy of the book and will hopefully get it next week so I can follow the example.

How is an amended resolution recorded in the meeting minutes? I am unsure how to accurately reflect that there was an amendment to the original resolution. Thanks.
