My volunteer fire department general membership meeting follows Roberts rules of order to conduct the meeting. Does a members letter of resignation that includes there reason for resignation due to behavior of another member with personal attacks or negative feelings about the member have to be read to the Membership during the meeting.Does the letter have to be redd as is ,From start to finish even if letter includes negative personal attacks towards another member?
