We are a small organization using RRofO for administrative support. I haven't seen this topic in your Q&A forum. The organization's secretary was not able to attend a meeting, the meeting was recorded by the president in Zoom however there was a problem with the file so no one was able to draft the minutes/no document to distribute and approve. What would the best course of action be besides asking each attendee to draft their comments from said meeting. Thank you.
