  1. Can minutes of an executive give board meeting be given to non-board members without the minutes being approved by the board ?Another board meeting has not been held yet to accept the ,inutes from the meeting in question.

Can you please I dicate where it states this in Roberts Rules,So, even if the nomination and acceptance did not occur, if the person was elected and did not immediately decline the election, it is final (or, if the person was absent, if they did not immediately decline the election when notified). So it would be too late now to raise a point of order and try to claim that the election was invalid. This is not quoted in the section you indicated and is critical to our issue at hand.
  3. Do committee chairpersons have to be appointed at a general meeting or can the president appoint at an executive meeting? Does their acceptance of the position have to part of the minutes of a meeting?
  4. It was brought to the attention of the board that the nomination and acceptance of the nomination were not recorded in the minutes of the meeting therefore the election was invalid . What recourse does the body have to rectify this problem?
