The president was ill and thought it best not to try and go over subjects that the secretary had researched and prepared. Is there a rule that states the president has to announce that to the crowd?

  3. If there are no candidates running for the 7 open positions, what happens to the Board of Directors?? Our bylaws state 9 members for the board, two will have one more year in their term.
  4. Our bylaws state 9 members, 4 executive. 2 have resigned, no one is volunteering. Are we in violation.
  5. Is it ok for the board to ask the member to wait till the meeting is adjourned to ask their questions?
  6. In our bylaws it states there should be 9 board members and now it's down to 6, would that constitute a valid board? There is no entry to refer to for this in our bylaws. Thanking in advance for any and all information. Frankiegirl
