  1. Our officer election meeting is next month. We offer absentee ballots for this election. In the event of a tie vote for any of the positions, we will vote again that night. Do we include the absentee ballots for any additional vote taken or are they null after the initial vote? Our by laws do not yet address this.
  2. As a social group of women senior citizens, not everyone is able to vote in person for the slate of new officers. Can these members vote by absentee ballot?
  3. If the org.'s by-laws state, if a member is running for office uncontested then vote by members is by voice and if there's more than one candidate, vote shall be by ballot. In the second case (more than 1 candidate), are absentee ballots acceptable. Thank you so much!
