A motion to fix the time to which to adjourn is made when in the course of business it appears that there will not be an opportunity to introduce it as an incidental main motion. Is the only difference between the motion to fix time to which to adjourn and the qualified form of the motion to adjourn (when provided to establish an adjourned meeting such as "I move to adjourn to meet at 7pm on Wednesday") that the passage of the motion to adjourn in qualified form adjourns the meeting upon passage? It seems as though both motions can establish an adjourned meeting.
