  1. Our bylaws state no less than 10, no more than 16 members. Currently we have 8 members. What do we do at our next board meeting? Do we cancel it, similar to if there weren't a quorum? Our city mayor makes the appointments to this board. She has not made these appointments a priority. If we cancel it, we don't accomplish anything, but maybe it would send a message to the mayor. Then again, she might not care. Suggestions?
