Our Road maintenance Board of Directors has been holding meetings at the homes of directors instead of at the corporation office as required by Hawaii Statutes. They have not approved any of these "meeting" minutes and as much as I can tell, they have not moved or voted on their decisions, including those decisions about the ongoing lawsuits. Are any of these decisions valid?
Does Robert's Rules say anything specific on distribution of unapproved minutes? For instance, should unapproved minutes be shared with non-Board members? And does that change if that non-Board person was in attendance at the meeting?
