hmtcastle Posted February 2, 2011 at 10:18 PM Report Share Posted February 2, 2011 at 10:18 PM In a situation where a vote was taken and decided by a 3/2 vote, can one of the minority voters re-open the question at a later date?If by "decided" you mean the motion was adopted, any member can make a motion to rescind or otherwise amend it (as long as it's something that can be undone). It will take either a two-thirds vote, the vote of a majority of the entire membership, or, with previous notice, a majority vote.
