Thank you. Does this committee have to be by a motion from trustee and voted on or can a chairman form a committee without a motion on the floor. This is a public agency board. Not unless the bylaws grant that authority.Does this committee have to abide by the Montana open meeting laws?You will need to ask a lawyer.
