Robert B Fish Posted February 27, 2011 at 02:21 AM Report Share Posted February 27, 2011 at 02:21 AM All the members of the group that is meeting are allowed to vote on any matter before the meeting. However, a vote should not be taken on whether to approve the minutes. After the opportunity to add corrections has been offered, the chairman should declqare that the minutes have been approved (as corrected).-Bob
