DDarr Posted March 22, 2011 at 07:42 AM Report Share Posted March 22, 2011 at 07:42 AM Recently the board of my not for profit, voted in a closed meeting to abolish our code of conduct and volunteer guidelines. Does Robert Rules have any information on whether the membership can poll each board member as to how they voted at the next membership meeting. I'm not sure the board has the authority to abolish them. See Official Interpretation 2006-12.
